I had a number of emails asking for this article.

Rather than debate or agree with specifics, my focus in on the power of using your attention to shape the way you and your children experience life.

I explain how your attention and energy, on a practical, not meta-physical level, shape children's behavior and emotion.

It's as if...your children learn to move their awareness in the direction that your attention and energy consistently goes. Why? Because they are wired to notice, learn and model from us as parents.
